Simplify the most problematic part of loading with a single click.

The process

One-click call to ramp. Depending on the processes on site, the truck call can be handled by the porter/security or now even directly by the warehouse. Based on empty ramps, the transport manager can call trucks waiting on the site to load with one click from the GLABs interface.

Truck call by SMS

In case of an SMS truck call, the driver will be notified of the start of the loading via a multilingual loading notification SMS, indicating the registration number and ramp number.

Outdoor Truck call display

With an outdoor display installed in the truck park, you can easily inform waiting drivers of a call to the ramp. The call display shows the truck registration number and the loading ramp number, accompanied by an audible alert.

Indoor truck call display

The call is also displayed on the reception display in the driver waiting area, so that drivers in the waiting area are immediately notified of the start of loading.

Truck call with assistance of the security service

In the event that the drivers continue to be contacted in person, the ramp call task will be displayed on the gate display and on the security tablet, allowing the gate service to personally signal the driver to ramp up and start loading.

Truck call application

When logging in to the site, the loading is automatically displayed in the driver’s mobile app so drivers can view their loading data at any time and receive a notification of a call to the ramp. The waiting driver can report back via the app that he has left for the loading location and this will be displayed to the delivery agent in the software as well as to the warehouse on the displays.
