Immediate notification to administrators and the warehouse

As part of the check-out process, the Terminal can also be equipped with a printer so that the driver can receive the documents related to the delivery in a self-service, contact-free way after loading.

Automatic access with number plate recognition camera

Self-check-in can also be integrated into the vehicle access process based on automatic number plate recognition. This way, the number plate recognition camera automatically allows the checked-in vehicles to enter the premises.

Registration for arrivals without an appointment

Drivers arriving without prior registration and appointment can register for loading at the Self-Check-in terminal. You will then be given the earliest available free time and the warehouse will serve you accordingly. In case of a special terminal, it is also possible to scan documents during on-site registration, thus significantly reducing the administrative work for the administrators.
