Resource management module
Resource management module enables capacity-based warehouse service. Your partners can book appointments only for times when the service is guaranteed. For this, the software takes into consideration the recorded resources for loading, the set regulation systems, and other partners’ bookings. The resource-based booking enables optimal warehouse operations, even while having minimal capacity.

Booking regulations
Thanks to booking regulations, you can uniquely manage all of your partners’ bookings. In the booking regulations you can provide the loading times for the given loading quantities, the information and documents necessary for the booking, the automatic or manual acceptance of bookings, etc.

Calendar module
With the help of the calendar module, you can set the available booking times for each product, if you prefer to. Not only can you assign calendars for partners, but you can also do so for resources, thus in different times of day you can have different capacities for the deliveries.

Document handling module
Thanks to the document handling module, there’s an opportunity to attach documents to the bookings. In the booking regulations you can set what documents are needed for the given booking, even for each individual product. The documents that are uploaded to the system are available for the users, so the administrative work process can begin even before the arrival of the delivery. In case of missing documents the system automatically notifies you.

Arrival module
It supports the management of incoming and outgoing deliveries. By using this module you can instantly check the incoming delivery’s data and entrance authority. The module registers the arrival of the delivery, and its entrance to and exit from the premise. You can inquire the currently arriving, waiting, and loading deliveries from the registry. Based on the given times for changes in status it is easier to trace delays, waiting durations before the loading, the duration of parking, as well as net and gross loading durations.

Loading module
With the help of the loading module, the loading processes become traceable and measurable. Other than the loading time, the actual loading quantity is also measurable, and you can attach warehouse remarks or job numbers to the delivery.
Even without an accurate report, everbody knows that the first loading during the shift requires more time than the last loading. Our software is able to exhibit these time differences with accurate measurements.

Automatic notifications and reminders
The notification module automatically sends an informative notification to the users it concerns, about reservations and changes in reservations. In addition, it automatically sends reminders and warnings about upcoming reserved deliveries where there is missing data to users.

News feed module
The news feed module helps inform the partners, suppliers and work colleagues. Through the module the members of the supply chain can be informed about events that affect loadings i.e.: stock take, break in plant operations, national holiday, enduring traffic diversion, etc.

Event log
In the event log system, all reservations, modifications, and changes in status are recorded with timestamps. This way the procedures regarding the deliveries, the individuals in charge of the modifications, and the times of changes are all traceable.
Planned developments

Ramp terminal
The terminal installed for ramps informs the colleagues working on the ramp about the arriving deliveries. With the help of the terminal, the warehouse workers can start and stop the loading. Following the loading procedure, the ramp can simply be made available for the next loading.

Check-in terminal
With the help of the check-in terminal, the arriving drivers can automatically check in. The mulitlingual terminal helps with tackling language barriers and it is available 24 hours per day.
Mobile application
Drivers are one of the most important members of the supply chain, and now they can connect to the booking system by using the mobile application. The application helps the drivers’ work procedure and the communication with other drivers. In addition, it provides current information to the software’s other users about the punctuality of the arrivals.

Delivery data on phones
Through the application, drivers can directly access data related to the products delivered by them, i.e.: loading site, identification of heavy duty gates by GPS coordinates, reserved times for arrivals, etc. They get direct notifications about changes made in reservations, and about modifications in schedules.

Handling modifications in scheduling
In case of delay, the driver can indicate the estimated duration of the delay in the booking system, and he can ask for a modification in the schedule of the delivery process. After the receiving party has modified the delivery, the driver, along with the organizers of the delivery, receives a notification about the new time for loading.

Displaying truck calling on phones
Callings to the ramp are directly displayed in the application, thus the drivers can relax during breaks, and they don’t have to constantly check the truck calling displays. Communication occurs in both ways, and calling can even be restricted to confirmation, which helps the operator to see if the driver has noticed the call.

Online location services
If the driver turns on the location services in the application, users who are authorized to handle the delivery can inquire the delivery’s current position, which the software can display on a map.

Driver notifications
Through the application arriving, waiting or currently loading drivers can be notified in groups about information regarding the loading, emergencies, and other events in connection with the loading.
Planned developments

Mobile check-in
Online check-in before arrival can be made obligatory, which is a way of confirming the arrival. Online check-in is performed by the drivers through the application, for example 30 minutes before the arrival. The application reminds the driver about his pre-arrival obligations, which can be fulfilled simply by an approval through the application, and anticipated delays can also be indicated. Thanks to this, the arrivals can be more traceable which results in more efficient warehouse service.
API connections
Intercommunicative softwares increase efficiency, speed up work procedures, and reduce administrative work and errors. For this reason our software is able to automatically communicate with multiple external devices.

Truck calling display API
Through the truck calling API, we are able to transmit the truck calling data to any device with a display, which can then be viewed on the display.
Planned developments

License plate recognition system
The license plate recognition system is able to communicate with the GLABs system, thus the arrival handling, and registration of entry and exit can be automated.

SAP interface connection
The SAP interface connection provides us the opportunity for the interchange of data with the SAP ERP system. During the synchronization of the booking, SAP transmits the delivery (transport) transcripts, and GLABs sends a reservation request to the partner or the supplier. After booking the appointment, GLABs transmits the reserved times to SAP. During the synchronization of the loading list, SAP transmits the loading lists belonging to the reservations to GLABs, which can be displayed in ramp terminals or forklift terminals. At the end of the loading, the workers on each terminal can confirm the actual quantity that has been loaded, and based on this data the delivery note and the receipt can be created by SAP.
